WHEN PURCHASING A PRODUCT OR
ITEM FROM T.R.E, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Occasionally we will update items with an improved design, but the photo
on the site may not be updated immediately. Items may may also differ slightly in
appearance to the original parts you have.
If you aren't sure if you need
the parts or don't know the exact year of the transmission then you
shouldn't order the part. Instead, email me and I'll help you figure
the model year of the transmission and what parts you need. I'll gladly
help you with figuring out what parts you need but understand that it's
difficult to know exactly what you have and what you need until the
transmission has been taken apart and thoroughly inspected. If
you have a digital camera and know how to take photos that are not blurry I
can match up most parts for you.

returns on invoices that do not total $100.
A 20% restocking fee applies to
any parts that we accept back for returns. Customer pays all shipping
involved with any authorized return.
Item must be in its original packaging, if
applicable, and be in new condition.
No returns after installation. We can't take back an
item once you've installed it.
No refunds on special-order items.
Refusing shipment does not constitute the right to a
refund or credit.
Please contact us to get a RMA number before
returning any item.
All transmission cores must be
returned within 30 days. When you purchase an item that requires a core, we
generally ship a transmission to you and charge you a "core charge." When
you return your piece to us, within 30 days, we refund your core charge.
You must notify T.R.E within 10 working
days of the day of receipt to claim defective merchandise.
No warranty is valid if the defect was caused by
customer's abuse, negligence or mishandling.
All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with
the carrier (usually, UPS or FEDEX).
