• We are capable of blue-printing the transmission and performing our tricks of the trade to give you the very best service and strength possible out the transmission.

• We inspect everything; wet-magnaflux all parts for cracks, check to see if the teeth are meshing on the diametric pitch circle, stress relieve the gear teeth, hand detail the parts, some parts get shot peened while others get vibratory finished and polished.

• We modify the oiling passages to improve lubrication in the transmission which has proven to dramatically reduce transmission temps and increase life of various components. 

• We blue print the transmission; making corrections to both the case and to the gearsets. This increases the durability while extending the service life of the transmission.

SHOT PEENING SERVICES

We offer high intensity shot peening using premium conditioned cut-wire steel shot, the best available.  Send your assembled or disassembled components and we'll take care of the rest.  This is service has been well proven to increase the durability of transmission gears. FULL SERVICE = $285.  This is the best way to go because we are taking care of all the work of getting your gearset ready for install. Send in your assembled input shaft, intermediate shaft, center diff, shift rails, front diff and pinion shaft and we'll take care of the rest. All you need to do is load them into the case and set the bearing preload/endplay. Parts are extra. Turn around times for this service are quick, 2-3 days.

BASIC SERVICE = $185. Send in your assembled input shaft, intermediate shaft and center diff and we'll take them apart and shot peen them. This is just the shot peening of the gears, no gear detail work or assembly, you take care of the rest. Turn around times for this service are quick, 2-3 days.

INDIVIDUAL COMPONENT SHOT PEENING SERVICE

We offer individual component high intensity shot peening for any transmission. We use high premium conditioned cut-wire steel shot, the best available. We are proud to offer WS2 plating of complete or individual transmission internals. Tungsten Disulfide reduces friction and overall wear of transmission components and we are now offering this service. It works and you should research why we offer it. Send only your assembled or disassembled components and we will hot tank, magnaflux, glass bead and WS2 plate them. We have 2-day turn around on this service. This service is for any manual transmission.

INDIVIDUAL REM ISF® POLISHING SERVICE

We offer individual component REM ISF® polishing for any transmission. Send only your disassembled components and we will hot tank, magnaflux and have them sent out for REM ISF® at a reputable company that does work for the automotive industry.
